• Fill all the information of the form and submit the ‘Register as a Reseller’ button

• An executive of CIRCLE will activate your account and contact you in the number you registered.

• Remember CIRCLE does not take any fees to become a reseller. 

• Once you are registered, you can start reselling and earn.

11. Who can place order on Circle?

CIRCLE website/App is restricted for registered Resellers only. Anyone can view our products but only registered Resellers can be view the price and place order on CIRCLE website/Apps, so that you can resell with confidence.

12. How to Determine the Selling Price?

As CIRCLE member, you are free to determine the Selling Price you want. We do not limit how much profit you can get from each product.

On the Products page, you can see the Product Purchase Price (product price from CIRCLE). A suggested retail price is given for every product, which is for reference only. Add the Product Price with the profit you want to get plus delivery charge.

13. How to make an order on Circle?

At CIRCLE, you only need to promote products that are on CIRCLE without having to buy the product first. No need to stock up on goods or require capital. If your customer wants to buy, you can make an order in the CIRCLE website/app for customers, and we will send the goods directly from the warehouse to the customer's address with your invoice. 

 How to Make Orders for Customers?

1. Go to CIRCLE website/Apps

2. Login with your Reseller credentials

3. Search the product

4. Choose Variation (Color, Size, etc.)

5. Set your selling price

6. Click add to cart (if you want to add more product)

7. Press Buy Now

8. Check your product information

9. Continue to shipping

10. Add customer details

11. Add customer delivery charge

12. Add order note if any

13. Select a customer with a saved address

14. Choose home delivery or local pick up

15. Choose default payment option 'Cash on Delivery'

16. Press Complete Order

14 How Do I Track Orders & Delivery?

• Go to My Panel
• Click the order history
• Search by order code and check the status
  

15 What are different modes of payments?

CIRCLE only have Cash on Delivery payment option. Sometimes CIRCLE collect delivery charge before processing order outside Dhaka, which need to pay at CIRCLE bkash merchant number.

16 What is RTO?

For processing and delivery arrangement involve cost. When a product returns from the Customer, CIRCLE needs to pay Courier the delivery charge and product return charge. If there is no issue with the product quality or delivery length, CIRCLE will charge you a RTO which is -

•  inside Dhaka 70 tk  (Product delivery charge) 
• Outside Dhaka 130 tk (Product delivery and return charge)
  

17 How to cancel an Order?

• Go to my panel
• Click order history
• Find the order
• Select cancel button (this option is available, as long, the order is not processed by CIRCLE Team) 
  

If the order has been processed, contact CIRCLE customer care helpdesk to cancel the Order.

If you want to cancel the order after it has been handed over to courier, RTO will be applicable.

18 When will I get my profit?

Generally, every week on Friday we calculate the profit and disburse to your bkash account in the working day of the following week. 

19 What is the minimum amount to disburse profit?

CIRCLE disburses money when profit is 250 taka or more.

20 How long does it take to disburse my income balance to my account?

Generally 3 to 4 days after the invoice is generated and checked by the reseller.

21 How to change my bKash number?

Send an email with the current bkash number and the new bkash number that you want to change at [email protected]. Our customer care executive will verify with you and change the account.

22 Where is you warehouse located?

Our warehouse is located at Elephant Road, Dhaka

23 Can I Pick Up Packages from CIRCLE Warehouse?

Yes, but you need to place the order . CIRCLE needs 12-24 hours to process your order and packed. Once they are packed you can collect it from our warehouse. Warehouse delivery is free of charge for CIRCLE.

24 When Will the Order be Received by Customer?

Products are shipped from Circle Warehouses. The duration of delivery depends on the supplier location, distance between the Warehouse with the Customer Address and delivery type. The closer the distance, the faster the order will be sent. Our typical product delivery time is between 24 and 96 hours.

25 How are Shipping Fees Calculated?

CIRCLE charges following delivery charge: 

• 70 taka for inside Dhaka

• 130 taka for outside Dhaka

26 How to check delivery status?

• Login to your panel
• Click on my panel
• Click order history
• Check the delivery status

27 How to Add or Change Customer Address?

Once the order has been processed, you will not be able to change the customer address, you are requested to contact customer care to change the address.

28 What Couriers Are Available at CIRCLE?

CIRCLE has collaborated with some of the best Courier services to provide goods delivery throughout Bangladesh. The following delivery services are available at CIRCLE: 

• CDS (Circle’s Own Delivery Service- only inside Dhaka)

• Sundorbon Courier

29 How to View Product Stock?

CIRCLE works with a number of reputed Suppliers. Most of the products are in continuous production or restock very frequently, we don’t show quantity for those products. Some products are showing quantity which requires a good bit of time to restock. If you are planning to go big campaign, contact your CIRCLE account manager about product stock availability. 

30 Can I sell product on Marketplace?

Even if you sell good quality stuff, people won't buy if they don't know you're selling the product. Therefore, sharing products on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook marketplace, other social media is very important.

You can also sell those products in other market place also, i.e. Daraz, Ajker Deal, Priyoshp, etc. Contact us if you want to sell CIRCLE product on these marketplaces.
